Brian & Leslie Terhorst (BLT) bring over 18 years of combined experience in project management, corporate strategy, advertising, and marketing. 

Throughout their careers, they’ve developed brands, designed websites, launched e-commerce platforms, and executed social media campaigns for numerous companies as well as their own ventures.

They have also been directly responsible for launching and growing multiple startups, guiding them from initial concept through full market presence with strategic branding, digital marketing, and operational expertise.

Together, they have conceptualized, planned, and produced a wide range of sporting events, concerts, festivals, promotional activations, and charitable fundraisers, working with both private clients and the public.

Among their most notable achievements is the successful production and marketing of 60+ Pro Am Surf Series and Stand Up Paddle Race Series events—two of the West Coast’s longest-running, largest independent competitions of their kind.

Each event has consistently involved charities and foundations, raising awareness and support for causes ranging from environmental preservation to youth sports and community outreach.

Beyond action sports, they’ve organized music concerts, car shows, movie premieres, fashion and art shows, craft festivals, corporate mixers, and nightlife events, collaborating with a long list of partners, sponsors, and nonprofit organizations.

The duo (alongside a small creative team) were responsible for the branding, layout, design, content creation, and publishing of Revolt In Style Magazine, an active Southern California lifestyle platform that, for over 2 decades, showcased action sports, music, style, entertainment, culture, environmental topics, and cutting-edge gear. 

They have traveled by land, sea and air to exotic destinations, luxurious resorts, music festivals, sporting events & trade shows to gather content and stories to share with their audience.

The magazine transitioned fully online in 2018 and continues to thrive digitally.

In 2019, Brian and Leslie launched Wickenburg Social, a hyper-local online lifestyle and community platform for Wickenburg, Arizona.

Both serve as creative outlets where they continue to deliver original, high-energy content.
